Architectural Drafting & Planning

Spartan Builders is here to make your dream home a reality, whether that’s building a new home, or renovating, constructing a strip mall or apartment units. Together we’ll work in a way that’ll make the process as enjoyable, efficient, and cost-effective as possible for you. We produce full scaled architectural plans for the Bahamas Works Department and the Grand Bahama Port Authority approvals. Both 3D and rendering drawings are available upon request.

Residential and Commercial Interior Designs

We provide a variety of services including:

Design Consultation:  We will meet with you to discuss your needs and help you coordinate your ideas to identify your sense of style. This part is fundamental for the development of a successful design solution.
During the meeting, we will be discussing what your parameters are, along with your design aesthetic and budget.

Concept / Design Development:  After your initial "Design Consultation" we will develop a design concept for your space. Depending on the needs or the scope of work, we will present 3D renderings, a space plan, elevations, etc. This is to create a visualization of your future project and to help you understand what is going to take place in the near future.

Space Planning:  Is the analysis of your space in which to configure your needs and wants into a functional room. Spartan Bilders, we provide you with a space plan in order to create a functional and schematic design to ensure the best layout possibility for your needs.

Purchasing / Assisted Shopping: Once we have determined what items are needed to create a successful design, we will purchase the necessary pieces for your space. We also provide "assisted shopping" for those who need a helping hand on items for their space.

Construction Consultant

Spartan Builders offers professional consulting services for both residential and commercial projects. Whether you are doing new home construction or considering whether or not you should remodel or tear down your current house, we can help! We are happy to provide you with the information you need to make the best decision.

Home Building, Light commercial and Renovations

Spartan Builders is fully capable of handling a variety construction methods and materials that meet the Bahamas Building Code. Some of these include CBS construction, ICF and Metal Framing applications.
At Spartan Builders we take on projects from the plan phase to completion. We work with qualified licensed subcontractors to ensure your project is constructed by experienced industry professionals.
