Spray Foam insulation

Spray Foam Insulation

Open Cell refers to a type of foam in which the cells do not close completely.  This type of foam is sponge-like in appearance, reduces sound, and though it cannot act as a barricade, it functions as a barrier for water vapor.   Open Cell Foam can be used for insulation on the interior walls of a home or building; however, it is not suitable for outdoor application.

Closed Cell Foam has a higher density than that of Open Cell Foam. Its smaller, more compact cellular structure functions as a barricade both water vapor and air which allows this foam to be used in roofing projects and outdoor applications.

Though suitable for outdoors, Closed Cell Foam is dual functioning and can be used in any area of your home.
